Angel Ceballos is based in Seattle and occasionally travels to Los Angeles, London & NYC to shoot.  Her roots are in film photography but she has also added digital to her palette due to the unpredictable environments in music photography. She works with her vintage Polaroid SX-70 whenever possible and loves shooting for and creating custom view master reels. She specializes in conceptual shoots and portraiture. She strays away from the typical band portrait and chooses ideas that inspire her directly from listening to the bands she shoots. She often makes DIY props for her shoots and has to get quite clever with creating a scene to transform the tight venue backstage of which she is accustomed to shooting in. While she is active in Fashion in print and on TV she mainly focuses on portraits of beautiful and talented artists, musicians and bands for album covers, online music blogs and for the artists' own promotion.  Angel published a street fashion book, Seattleites, in 2008, is featured in the series of books for Unhallowed Metropolis, and was a regular photographer for Italian fashion and music publication, Label Magazine. Currently she regularly shoots for Shopper Dongxi fashion magazine in China. Her music photography has been presented in various European, Australian, Japanese magazines and publications as well as several weeklies and has a large presence online in a myriad websites. In addition to this her photos are used worldwide as promotional representation for many of the bands she has shot. Everything from stage banners to tour posters.
